The Cortina Delicious Team has founded the amateur sports association Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica L5T Sport and is organising, for the 27th and 28th September 2024, the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, a sports, cultural and gastronomic event promising lots of sport and enjoyment, and with the aim of promoting the historical and natural heritage and the hospitality industry of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The three races of the Delicious Trail Dolomiti, the long, short and medium distance runs, will take place on Saturday 28th September.
Now in its eighth edition, the Delicious Trail Dolomiti follows on naturally from the Delicious Trail Dolomiti of 24th September 2016. It is organised by a team that has been working together for many years to bring about projects and events aimed to promote the worldwide unique attractions of the Ampezzo Valley.
The area of Delicious Team extends south to north from the Fedare refuge at the Giau Pass to the Lagazuoi refuge, and west to east from the La Baita hotel restaurant to the Croda da Lago refuge. It includes the Pocol area halfway between Cortina and the Giau and Falzarego passes.
