This mountain running race is held in one of the most historic and beautiful areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo and the entire Dolomite region. The highlight of the Delicious Trail race, however, is the concomitant gastronomic experience.
How does this work? At the refreshment stands and at the final party in the pavilion PalaDelicious at Pocol (arrival point of both races) you will be able to sample special dishes prepared by the chefs of the restaurants and refuges involved.
The dishes offered will be designed so as to have the same nutritional value as energy bars or gels but will be tasty and tempting and easy to digest for the athletes.
On the day of the competition, all the chefs of the participating mountain huts and restaurants will be at the finish line of races - at the PalaDelicious in Pocol - and will welcome the runners with a warm embrace and tasty food.
The PalaDelicious will be open from 7 a.m. and it will be possible to taste the Delicious dishes prepared by the chefs of the organizing team.
